Hi, I'm Thomas
I live in Lisbon and I've been hosting guests in France and Portugal for more than seven years. I renovated all three homes — the attic in Santos, the flat above the beach at Praia das Maçãs and the terrace in Sanary-sur-Mer — and I look after every stay myself.
I've travelled to 56 countries, so I know what makes a stay go well: clear directions, a spotless home and someone who answers fast. Book here and you deal with me directly — no agency, no call centre, and 10% less than on Airbnb.

- Is this the same apartment as on Airbnb?
- Yes — exactly the same three homes, the same calendar, the same host. Booking here costs you 10% less than on Airbnb.
- How do I check in?
- All three flats have self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Check-in is from 4pm and checkout is at 10am. You'll get the code and step-by-step directions by email before you travel.
- Can I pay by card?
- Yes. Payment is taken by Stripe, the same payment provider used by most major booking sites. We never see or store your card details.
- What if I need something during my stay?
- Message us on WhatsApp or by email — we answer quickly, in English or French. Anything extra you agree with us can be paid securely through the add-ons page.
- Is there parking?
- In Sanary-sur-Mer a private parking space is included in the price — a rarity there in summer. In Praia das Maçãs there is street parking right outside the door. The Lisbon flat has no parking, and none is needed: Santos station and the trams are a few minutes' walk, and the airport is about 25 minutes by taxi.
- How many people can stay?
- Praia das Maçãs sleeps two and is built for couples. Sanary-sur-Mer sleeps up to four, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a proper sofa bed in the living room. Lisbon sleeps up to four across two bedrooms — a king bed and a queen.
- Can I book Lisbon for a weekend?
- Not quite — the Lisbon flat is booked here for five nights or more. Praia das Maçãs and Sanary-sur-Mer take short stays all year round.
- Are there stairs?
- Yes. Sanary-sur-Mer is on the first floor, which is an easy climb. Praia das Maçãs is on the fourth, and Lisbon is a top-floor attic flat — both worth knowing if you travel with heavy luggage.
- Can I bring my dog, or have a party?
- Neither, sorry — all three homes are no pets, no smoking and no events. They sit in lived-in buildings with neighbours we care about.
